Ceramic-fibre tools - adaptable from hard to fine

Ceramic-fibre files from joke are very versatile tools. Above all they are used where you fail to make progress with conventional tools: on very delicate workpiece parts , such as slits, webs and ribs. Together with diamond compounds , the best results are achieved when used as lapping and polishing tools . They can be used manually (with special file holders) or with the aid of a hand-filing machine. In combination with the ultrasonic polishing systems , ceramic-fibre files become an almost unbeatable team. The special HT-140 or especially hear-resistant Ultra-HT files withstand even the highest output powers without "burning out".

You use the mini ceramic-fibre files to work on even the most delicate areas. The Soft files have a rubbery bonding for great adaptability , and leave no scratches.

To make it easy to use the files manually, joke also offers a specially designed range of holders

The program is completed by the ceramic-fibre files and brushes with a shank. They are ideal for removing erosion structures and burrs.
