Diamond sheets and foils

joke offers exactly the right tools for processing Carbide metal, ceramics, glass, hardened steels and stone . The flexible diamond abrasives from joke are available as diamond emery sheets (joke Dia-Speed), flexible diamond files, diamond foilsand diamond belts.The diamond grit is embedded either in a metal bonding or a synthetic resin bonding . The feature of the metal bonding is its high stock removal performance. The finest surfaces are achieved with the synthetic resin-bonded abrasives.

Emery sheets should preferably be used wet to avoid any separation of the diamond layer through overheating. The coolant improves the chip removal and improves the surface finish with less wear. The high grinding power of the diamonds allows the diamond abrasives to be used with less contact pressure . The diamond abrasive sheets can be simply cut to size with scissors and applied to the widest range of carriers. A self-adhesive back allows quick fixation .

Applications: For grinding and polishing in toolmaking and mould making, the porcelain and glass industries, and the optics and ceramics industries , and many other sectors.
