The single diamonds have at least three working points (quality 03). They have a block-shaped, firmly textured crystal shape with inclusions.
The following aspects should be noted when dressing:
• Dressing sideways forward feed 0.05 – 0.2 mm/revolution
• Adequate continuous cooling
• Always protect the diamond against blows and impacts
• Max. feed motion 0.03 mm
• Place something under the centre of the disc at an angle of inclination of 5 – 15°
