The laser welding system is suitable for repairing medium- and large-size moulds/workpieces. Ideal for mold shops. Simple and functional. Allows a wide range of repairs to be carried out directly on site.
The extension arm pivotable through 180° makes alignment with the workpiece very easy and flexible. The high quality 10 x stereo microscope with integrated safety filters and a very rapid, eye-friendly LCD shutter provides a perfect view and safety for the operator. The welding head is equipped with motorised beam diameter adjustment, dimmable LED workpiece lighting and a flexibly adjustable gas supply. A generously dimensioned colour touchscreen for configuring all the necessary laser parameters simplifies operation and control.
